Five Forks Church - Five Forks Brethren in Christ Church

Our church board has put together a Child Abuse Prevention policy to safeguard our children and volunteers here at Five Forks Church. If you are interested in helping anywhere within the Children or Youth departments, you will need to fill out the forms and submit them to Margaret Bumbaugh. Section A (pages 1-4) and Section B (pages 5-7) are required before volunteering.  Just print out the forms and fill in the information.  Then put them in Margaret’s mailbox at church. After that, you will then be asked to schedule an appointment with one of the pastors to go over that information and answer any questions you have regarding our policy.  The Annual Agreement (pages 8-10) needs to be submitted once a year throughout the time that you volunteer.
