Sunday school, Wednesday night youth group, ice cream eating contests, glow in the dark floor hockey, and trips to Uprise Festival are just a few of the things the students in our church do! If you're in 6th-12th grade, we invite you to come check out our Student Ministries and join the rest of the students in our church as they learn to live out their faith at home, school, and on the sports field. Check out the weekly offerings that we have down below and feel free to contact Kenton Hock if you have any questions!

Sunday School

Every Sunday morning we provide two different Sunday School classes separated by grades. There is a class for Junior High, (6th through 8th grade) and then a class for our Senior High which is 9th through 12th grade. During this time our youth leaders teach the teens various lessons on the Bible and what it means to be a Christian.

Wednesday Night

Join us from 7:00 to 8:15pm every Wednesday night in the Auditorium for Youth Group! We will have a time to hang out and worship together while looking at what God's Word says to us. Our goal is to build relationships and be able to learn what it means to be a part of the church community at large.

The Senior High youth (grades 9 through 12) at Five Forks participate in mission trips every other year. We are hoping to alternate each trip, with one being in the states and then one as an overseas mission trip. With this format our youth will have the opportunity to travel abroad at least once while attending Five Forks. Our two most recent trips were from 2014 we sent a team to New York City and 2016 we sent a team to Belize. There will also be other opportunities for all of our youth to serve in the area of missions, such as the Chambersburg Project and other local mission outreaches.

Outdoor and Recreation

We believe that God created us to enjoy our time here on earth, which means he wants us to build relationships with one another, to laugh, throw dodge balls at one another, listen to loud music on the church bus, and make trips to get Krumpe’s donuts.  O&R is an outreach to teens who may not have a home church or are not Christians. The goal is to give teens an opportunity to bring friends to an event that is fun, clean, and an enjoyment for all. Music festivals, amusement parks, “Church at the Lake”, bonfires and cookouts are just a fewof the events that O&R can have. Our hope is that teens will come to an event and then be interested in doing more with our Youth Group and eventually find a church home at Five Forks.
